肝泡球蚴病原发于肝并有肺、脑同时转移者,迄今尚未见报道,爰将我院一例报告于下: 患者,男性,60岁,汽车驾驶员。因反复发热,咯脓血粘液痰11个月,精神异常1周,于1981年3月22日入院。患者于1980年4月发热咳嗽,咯白色泡沫痰,进而为脓血痰,每日约200ml,胸片发现左肺下叶外基底段有一椭圆形致密阴影,边界模糊,密度不匀;右季肋肝区可见一边界清晰的半圆阴影。
