本文探讨如何利用委托代理机制，实现敏捷制造环境下虚拟企业的动态联盟。在敏捷制造环境下，作为委托方的各个企业都有自己的专业特长，代理方的主要工作是建立一套完善的考核和检测标准，尽可能全面地搜集盟友企业信息。在需要组建虚拟公司时，委托方依靠优秀的代理在大量待选对象中找到合适的盟友，解决联盟中可能出现的道德和法律问题，由此使得各自将精力集中在自己擅长的方面。
This article explores how to use the principal-agent mechanism to realize the dynamic alliance of virtual enterprises under agile manufacturing environment. In agile manufacturing environment, as the commissioning of all businesses have their own expertise, the main task of the agent is to establish a comprehensive assessment and testing standards, as much as possible to collect allies corporate information. When a virtual company needs to be set up, the client relies on good agents to find the right ally among a large number of candidates and addresses the ethical and legal issues that may arise in the coalition, thereby allowing each to focus on what it does best.
