People magazine: When you received this letter, I have temporarily left Beijing and returned to my motherland, Canada. A week ago before I left Beijing, I, together with you and tens of millions of people in Beijing, experienced an unforgettable fog. It is no exaggeration to say that there is an article title in the Chinese media that “the world is talking about a big fog in Beijing.” After I returned to Canada, many of my friends asked me the most serious haze of this allegedly Beijing record. There are countless reports of analysis on this fog and I am also very interested in talking to you about my feelings. In my opinion, one of the important reasons for this heavy fog lies in the municipal traffic conditions in Beijing. Fog triggered traffic
