介绍了一个在微机上建立的反应堆中子活化分析数据自动处理系统。它具有放射性核素的自动识别、反应堆参数 f和α值的计算、实验测定K0 值、元素含量的定量计算、核素数据管理、参数选取建议等功能。元素分析方法包括绝对法、相对法和K0 值法。利用该系统进行了金、锆和岩石标准物质 (GBW 0 710 7)的活化分析 ,计算了中国原子能科学研究院微型反应堆的 f和α值参数 ,分析了岩石样品中的元素含量 ,取得了较满意的结果。
An automatic reactor reactor neutron activation analysis data processing system is introduced. It has the function of automatic identification of radionuclides, calculation of reactor parameters f and α, experimental determination of K0 value, quantitative calculation of element content, management of radionuclide data, and selection of parameters. Elemental analysis methods include absolute method, relative method and K0 value method. Using this system, activation analysis of gold, zirconium and rock reference materials (GBW 0 710 7) was performed. The f and α parameters of the China Institute of Atomic Energy were calculated. The element content in the rock samples was analyzed. Satisfying result.
