非公企业党务工作人才职业化建设,是党和国家进一步完善鼓励、支持、引导非公有制经济发展政策体系的关键部署,是提升党建科学化水平、推动非公企业不断发展的题中之义,是贯彻落实党的《关于深化人才发展体制机制改革的意见》的重要抓手。加强非公企业党务工作人才职业化建设,不仅在党务工作的内生逻辑上是必然的,在思想理论上是有据可循的,而且在具体实践上也是有现实借鉴的。强化非公企业党务工作人才职业化建设,要完善党委统一领导,组织部门牵头抓总,有关部门各司其职、密切配合,逐渐形成社会力量发挥重要作用的人才工作新格局。
