本文根据一组不同组成的已知混合溶液的吸光度,采用线性回归方法同时确定双波长K系数法的系数K及工作曲线斜率,此法可适用于吸光度加和性差的显色体系,对于加和性较好的体系,测定精度亦能进一步提高。
Based on the absorbance of a group of known mixed solutions with different compositions, the linear regression method was used to simultaneously determine the coefficient K and the slope of the working curve of the dual-wavelength K-factor method. This method can be applied to the chromogenic system with poor absorbance addition. Better sex system, measurement accuracy can be further improved.
