目的为建立全国医疗单位放射诊断指导水平提供科学数据,并了解内蒙古地区CT机使用状况。方法用CT机性能检测模体和CT剂量仪对CT机进行影像质量保证检测。结果通过对83台CT机性能检测结果分析得知,8项检测指标合格率较高,均在83%以上。结论可作为全国医疗单位放射诊断指导水平的参考数据使用。内蒙古西部地区CT机的总体性能状况良好,且质量较往年有所提高。
Objective To provide scientific data for establishing the diagnostic guidance level of medical units in the whole country and to understand the usage of CT machines in Inner Mongolia. Methods CT machine performance testing modalities and CT dosimetry CT image quality assurance testing. Results Through the analysis of 83 CT machine performance test results, it was found that the eight test indexes had a high pass rate, all of which were above 83%. Conclusions can be used as the reference data for the level of diagnostic guidance of medical units in the country. The overall performance of the CT machine in the western region of Inner Mongolia is in good condition and its quality has been raised over the previous years.
