小流域坝系中单坝的设计必须综合考虑上下游坝的防洪标准、枢纽组成、建设顺序、淤积年限等情况,才能保证坝系的安全和稳定。提出了应该注意的几个问题。
The design of single dam in the dam system of small watershed must ensure the safety and stability of the dam system by considering flood control standards, hinge components, construction sequence and silting life of the upstream and downstream dams. Several issues that should be noted are raised.
