由于全球化进程和技术变化的加快,知识成为企业获取竞争优势的最重要的战略性资源。战略联盟形成的动因也发生了变化,战略联盟的目的更多地是从合作伙伴处获取和应用知识,从而加快能力的发展、降低技术的不确定性。本文试图从网络和企业角度分析知识吸收能力和转移能力,建立战略联盟的组织学习机制的思考框架。
As globalization and technological change have accelerated, knowledge has become the most important strategic resource for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. The motivation for the formation of strategic alliances has also changed. The purpose of strategic alliances is to acquire and apply knowledge more from the partners so as to speed up the development of capabilities and reduce the technical uncertainty. This article attempts to analyze the knowledge absorption and transfer capabilities from the perspective of the network and the enterprise, and establish a framework for thinking of the organizational learning mechanism of strategic alliances.
