近些年来,国家越来越注重对于医药行业及医药市场的监督与规范,主要原因在于医药行业及医药市场有着关键性的作用,直接关系到广大人民群众的生命财产安全及身心健康。因此,新时期做好医药管理工作有着至关重要的作用。本文旨在研究现阶段医药管理工作存在问题,探讨医药管理工作创新策略,希望可以为我国在医药管理工作创新管理及规范方面提供思路。
In recent years, the state has paid increasing attention to the supervision and regulation of the pharmaceutical industry and the pharmaceutical market. The main reason is that the pharmaceutical industry and the pharmaceutical market have a crucial role to play and are directly related to the life and property safety and physical and mental health of the general public. Therefore, doing a good job of medical management in the new period plays a vital role. The purpose of this paper is to study the existing problems of medical management and discuss the innovation strategy of medical management. It is hoped that this will provide some ideas for innovation management and standardization of medical management in our country.
