事业单位是我国发展的重要组成部分,是我国快速发展的必要保障。事业单位中的高效率工作与高效的人力资源管理工作有着密不可分的联系。人才作为人力资源管理中的重要组成部分,只有将人才进行合理的运用才能为事业单位的快速发展提供充足的推动力。本文以我国实际的人力资源管理工作为出发点,对人力资源管理工作中存在的问题进行探究分析,并提出相应的改进措施,以便于推动我国事业单位的人力资源管理工作发展。
Institutions are an important part of our country’s development and the necessary guarantee for our country’s rapid development. Efficient work in institutions and efficient human resources management are inextricably linked. Talents, as an important part of human resource management, can provide adequate impetus for the rapid development of institutions by using only qualified personnel. In this paper, the actual human resources management in our country as a starting point to explore the problems existing in human resources management and to propose appropriate improvements in order to promote the development of human resource management in our institutions.
