目的了解2010年石家庄市食品和公共场所行业从业人员沙门氏菌携带情况及菌型分布状况。方法对从业人员粪便进行肠道菌增菌、分离、生化及血清学分型鉴定。结果共检测标本117 288份,其中检出沙门菌93株,总检出率为0.079%,沙门菌经生化和血清学鉴定分为7个血清群21个血清型,其中B群占37.63%,最常见的血清型依次为阿贡纳、里地乌和山夫登堡。结论本地区食品、公共场所从业人员中仍有较高沙门氏菌的阳性携带率,且分型较广,应密切注意人群沙门氏菌变化,加强健康体检,尽早发现阳性带菌者,及时采取相应措施。
Objective To understand the carrying status and distribution of Salmonella in food and public places in 2010 in Shijiazhuang. Methods Enrichment, separation, biochemical and serological typing of excrement of the employees were conducted. Results A total of 117 288 specimens were detected, of which 93 were positive for Salmonella, with a total detection rate of 0.079%. Salmonella was divided into 7 serogroups (21 serotypes) by biochemical and serological methods, of which B group accounted for 37.63% The most common serotypes are Argonaut, Riutiu and Safdenin. Conclusion There is still a high positive rate of Salmonella in food and public places practitioners in this region, and the typing is relatively wide. Careful attention should be paid to the changes of population Salmonella, to strengthen the physical examination, to find the positive carriers as soon as possible and to take appropriate measures in time.
