设计了连铸铸坯表面温度在线实时测量系统。该系统应用红外测量技术 ,以风帘方式消除红外传感器到铸坯之间辐射通道的烟雾、水汽影响 ,采用人工智能算法剔除铸坯表面氧化皮对测量结果的干扰 ,实现了连铸铸坯表面温度场多点测量 ,在线实时显示温度场的瞬态分布和随时间演化过程
A real-time on-line measurement system of continuous casting slab surface temperature was designed. The system uses the infrared measurement technology to eliminate the influence of smoke and water vapor from the infrared sensor to the radiation passage between the slab by the air curtain method.
