慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的治疗方法有保守治疗、透析治疗和肾移植。在CRF未发展到终末期(Ⅳ期)以前仍是保守治疗,即使是尿毒症晚期病人,有效的保守治疗对于加强透析和肾移植效果,提高病人的生活质量也十分重要。保守治疗包括可逆因素的治疗;饮食管理;氨基酸、酮酸疗法;调整水电解质平衡;口服吸附剂及针对各器官损害的对症治疗等众多内容,本文着重介绍饮食管理、酮酸疗法和口服吸附剂治疗法。
