我们教师的劳动是具有创造性的脑力劳动,是服务性的社会活动,教 师的服务对象是学生。因此,我们广大教师的职业道德核心就是热爱学 生。 热爱学生,教师首先要有坚定正确的政治方向和立场。 教育具有鲜明的阶级性,它是社会上层建筑的一个重要组成部分。社 会主义教育事业必须讲政治。教师作为教育活动的主体,坚持讲政治,用 自己的政治方向、政治立场、政治纪律教育和影响学生,帮助他们端正方 向,明辨是非,是培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人对教师提出的必然要 求,是教师热爱学生、关心学生的最重要方面。
The work of our teachers is creative mental work. It is a service-oriented social activity. The teacher serves students. Therefore, the core of our teachers’ professional ethics is the love of students. To love students, teachers must first have a firm and correct political orientation and position. Education has a distinct class nature. It is an important part of the social superstructure. Socialist education must speak about politics. As the main body of educational activities, teachers insist on politics, use their own political direction, political position, and political discipline to educate and influence students, help them to correct their direction, distinguish right from wrong, and are necessary requirements for teachers to cultivate socialist builders and successors. It is the most important aspect in which teachers love students and care about their students.
