我省水利系统综合经营专业会议还是首次召开,会上,学习了中央、省领导同志的有关指示和国务院、省政府近几年来转发的几个文件,并进行了现场参观,举办了小型“综合经营产品展览”,交流了经验,还讨论了“七五”奋斗目标和1987年工作计划.会上,水电部中国水利实业开发总公司派员指导会议并讲了话,对大家鼓舞很大.同志们普遍反映,这次会议开的很好,收获很大.近几年来,在水电部和省政府的重视支持下,我省水利管理和事、企业单位,冲破各种阻力,深入进行改革,充分利用自已的水土资源、设备、技术、人才的优势,因地制宜地开展水、农、工、商、游等多种生产和经营项目,推动着水利事业由单一生产型向生产经营型
