中小学音乐教育是面向全体学生的、关于音乐文化的素质教育,它的基本目标是育人。它尊重每个学生的个性发展,以音乐审美教育的方式来影响学生的情感状态,接受和创造音乐文明,陶冶情操,形成审美能力,完成和实现人格发展。它是人文学科的一个重要领域,实施美育的主要途径,面向全体学生的必修课,对于促进学生全面、有个性地发展具有不可替代的作用。音乐是门艺术课程,教学的目的在于运用音乐艺术手段去陶冶学生的情操,开发学生的智力。出于此目的,作为音乐教师必须具备弹、唱等技能、音乐理论知识和教育学、心理学等扎实理论基础以及熟练的计算机技术外,还应具有灵活掌握和运用课堂教学语言艺术的能力。
Primary and secondary school music education is for all students, the quality of music education culture, its basic goal is to educate people. It respects the personality development of each student, affects students’ emotional status by way of music aesthetic education, accepts and creates musical civilization, cultivates sentiment, forms aesthetic ability, accomplishes and realizes personality development. It is an important area of humanities, the main way to implement aesthetic education, compulsory courses for all students, to promote students comprehensive and individual development has an irreplaceable role. Music is the door art course, the purpose of teaching is to use music and arts tools to cultivate the students sentiment, develop students’ intelligence. For this purpose, as a music teacher, they must have the solid theoretical foundation such as the skills of playing bombs and singing, the theoretical knowledge of music, pedagogy and psychology as well as their proficient computer skills. They should also have the ability to master and apply the language arts of classroom teaching flexibly.
