为了进一步的推动样板工程,切实加强领导,开展比学帮赶超运动,从而有效地提高工程质量,降低成本,提高劳动生产率,缩短工期,全面完成国家计划,特制定本办法。一、三级管理样板工程共分三级,即建设公司、工程公司(厂、站)和工地(队)级。凡是体现“三高、三清、三过硬、一包到底”的要求,实现多快好省的工程,经样板工程评比委员会(小组)评定,党委讨论,即可评为样板工程。
In order to further promote the model project, earnestly strengthen leadership, carry out comparisons to help catch up, thereby effectively improve the quality of the project, reduce costs, improve labor productivity, shorten the construction period, and fully complete the national plan, this approach is formulated. The first and third-level management model projects are divided into three levels, namely construction companies, engineering companies (plants, stations) and construction sites (teams). Any project that reflects the requirements of “three highs, three clears, three strong ones, and one package in the end” can achieve projects that are more rapid and better, and can be evaluated as a model project after being evaluated by the model project appraisal committee (group) and discussed by the party committee.
