针对目前西部偏远农村地区由于地理位置、自身资源以及经济水平等因素的影响导致近几年村小学教育教学水平低下,生源流失严重,笔者从学校软硬件条件、教师整体素质以及家长教育观三方面综合分析了西部偏远农村地区小学教育中存在的问题,提出提高村小学教育质量需要政府、教师和家庭三者之间的相互配合,特别是政府对村小学在经济上给予大力支持显得尤为重要。
In view of the fact that the remote rural areas in the west of China are poorly educated and have a serious loss of students in recent years due to the influence of such factors as their location, their own resources and economic level, the author, from the aspects of school hardware and software, teachers ’overall quality and parents’ education, This paper analyzes the problems existing in elementary education in remote rural areas in western China. It is pointed out that improving the quality of primary school education requires the cooperation among government, teachers and families. Especially, it is particularly important for the government to give strong support to elementary schools in the economy.
