班主任是班级活动的组织者和参与者,同时也是班级规章制度的制定者和实施者,在学生们的健康成长和快乐学习中发挥着极其重要的作用。义务教育阶段人才培养的目标是,培养德智体美劳全面发展的新型人才。小学作为培养学生健全人格的启蒙性阶段,为学生以后的健康全面发展垫定了坚实的基础。在新的阶段,新课改的班主任教育方式给班主任工作提出了新的要求,即班主任要培养出一批优秀的班干部团体,配合班主任监督学生们的学习进度,同时不断提升班干部的自身素质,促进学生全面发展。
