案例教学引入管理学教学后得到广泛推广应用,取得了不错的效果。通过多年案例教学实践以及对学生的问卷调查,就国内大学本科的“管理学原理”中如何更好地导入案例教学进行了系统思考。针对“管理学原理”课程性质和授课对象本身的特点,以及案例教学中的知识点案例、德鲁克式案例与哈佛式案例三种不同类型的优劣势,提出三者的比例为5:4:1比较适宜。
After the introduction of case teaching into management teaching, it has been widely applied and achieved good results. Through many years of case teaching practice and questionnaire survey of students, this paper systematically considers how to better introduce case teaching in the “Principles of Management Science” of undergraduate education in domestic universities. In view of the characteristics of “Principles of Management Science” course and teaching objects themselves, as well as the knowledge point case in case teaching, Drucker case and Harvard case three different types of strengths and weaknesses, the ratio of the three is 5 : 4: 1 is more appropriate.
