狼疮脑病是指系统性红斑狼疮 (ＳＬＥ)合并中枢神经系统受损 ,其临床表现多种多样 ,且无特异性 ,容易误诊。我院１９８９年２月～１９９９年３月曾误诊以癫发作为首发症状儿童狼疮脑病５例 ,现报告如下。临床资料男３例 ,女２例 ;年龄６岁～１４岁 ;病程１天～２个月。临床表
Lupus encephalopathy refers to systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with central nervous system damage, its clinical manifestations varied, and non-specific, easily misdiagnosed. Our hospital from February 1989 to March 1999 had misdiagnosed as epileptic onset as the first symptom in children with lupus encephalopathy in 5 cases, are as follows.
