近年来,潍坊市奎文区按照加快推进事业单位改革的要求,大胆探索,科学筹划,严把“入口、管理、退出”三关,积极稳妥地推进事业单位改革,取得了明显成效。通过改革,我区共撤销22个事业单位,收回363名事业编制,分流安置205人。在从事生产经营服务类事业单位进行转企改制,确定了区书画社、区经济科技咨询服务中心等32家生产经营服务类事业单位纳入改制范围;对从事公益服务事业单位强化
