同源框基因HOXA10是多基因家族的转录调节基因之一,主要参与生殖道发育、调控胚胎植入及其发育、决定细胞定向分化和增殖。近年来研究发现,同源框基因HOXA10在决定子宫内膜容受性方面起着主导作用,母体HOXA10基因的正常表达是胚胎着床所必需,其机制可能与胞饮突、他克莫司结合蛋白4(FKBP52)、p300/CBP因子、前列腺素系统(PGs)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP1)、内皮素-1、钙蛋白酶5、基本转录元件结合蛋白1(BTEB1)等的调控有关。同时HOXA10调控作用可能受类固醇激素、白血病抑制因子(LIF)、肝素结合表皮生长因子样生长因子(HB-EGF)、维生素D等因素调节。
Homeobox gene HOXA10 is one of the transcriptional regulatory genes of multiple gene families.
