商业结构调整与创新 长期以来,传统的产业结构调整不包括商业,专家学者提出,商业也有一个商业结构调整问题,并先后探讨了商业结构调整内容、商业创新等问题。国家经贸委在此基础上出台了《“十五”商品流通行业结构调整规划纲要》、 《全国连锁经营“十五”发展规划(征求意见稿)》等产业政策和法规。
Commercial Structure Adjustment and Innovation For a long time, the traditional adjustment of industrial structure did not include business. Experts and scholars proposed that commercial enterprises also have a problem of commercial structural adjustment. They have also discussed such issues as the content of business restructuring and business innovation. On the basis of this, the State Economic and Trade Commission has promulgated industrial policies and regulations such as the Outline for the Plan for Structural Adjustment of Commodity Circulation Industry in the Tenth Five-year Plan and the Development Plan for the Tenth Five-year Plan of the National Chain Store (Draft for Comment).
