我们曾对国内一些振动输送机进行调查,发现有些传动轴或槽体出现断裂事故,为此,我们分析其产生的原因,对易断裂构件,提出了改进其受力的条件。同时,运用试验同理论分析相结合的方法,研究了槽体振幅稳定性问题,讨论了机器工作点(即频率比)的选择方法。然后,把研究结果应用于振动输送机的设计与调试。通过一段时期的实践表明:新设计的传动轴与槽体尚未发现折断,且其使用性能也有所改善。
We have conducted a survey on some vibrating conveyors in our country and found that some of the transmission shafts or troughs have been broken. Therefore, we analyzed the causes of the faults and proposed the conditions for improving the force of the fractured members. At the same time, the method of combining experimental and theoretical analysis is used to study the stability of tank amplitude. The selection method of machine operating point (ie frequency ratio) is discussed. Then, the research results are applied to the design and debugging of vibration conveyor. Through a period of practice shows that: the newly designed drive shaft and the groove has not been found broken, and its performance has also been improved.
