广东省科委1988年6月发布科学基金项目《申请指南》,用以指导1988年至1990年申请广东省科委科学基金项目。《申请指南》中把基金项目按研究性质分为四类:(1)基础理论研究;(2)基础数据研究;(3)应用基础研究;(4)应用探索研究。按研究内容的科学技术领域分为8个方面,即(1)电子、信息科学与技术;(2)生物学与生物技术;(3)材料科学与技术;(4)化学与化学工程;(5)机械—电子科学与技术;(6)医学科学与技术;(7)农业科学与技术;(8)数理、地矿、环境、能源及其他学科与技术。
Science and Technology Commission of Guangdong Province in June 1988 released the Science Fund Project “Application Guide” to guide the application of Guangdong Science and Technology Commission from 1988 to 1990 Science Foundation projects. According to the Guide for Application, the fund projects are divided into four categories according to the nature of the research: (1) basic theoretical research; (2) basic data research; (3) basic research applied; (4) application exploration and research. According to the research content of the field of science and technology is divided into eight areas, namely (1) electronics, information science and technology; (2) biology and biotechnology; (3) materials science and technology; (4) chemical and chemical engineering; ( 5) Mechanical - Electronic Science and Technology; (6) Medical Science and Technology; (7) Agricultural Science and Technology; (8) Mathematics, Geology and Mineral Resources, Environment, Energy and Other Disciplines and Technologies.
