近年来我国远程高等教育尽管有了长足的发展,然而不可否认的是,与普通高等教育相比,远程高等教育在公众心目中一直处于边缘地位,远程高等教育的毕业生与普通高等教育的毕业生相比,前者在就业市场中也处于明显劣势。本研究通过引入组织社会资本的概念,指出远程高等教育处于劣势的部分原因在于组织社会资本的缺乏;研究者并且通过介绍其他学科对于组织社会资本的研究,提出了通过构建组织社会资本,从而促进远程高等教育发展的一系列建议。
In recent years, despite the rapid development of distance higher education in our country, it is undeniable that compared with ordinary higher education, distance higher education has been on the brink of public concern.
