米非司酮配伍前列腺素类药物终止早孕,已成为避孕失败的补救措施之一。其由于存在着用药者的个体差异及其他原因,使药物流产所致的流产不全、失败及如何掌握清宫时机等问题,成为临床工作者所关注的焦点。我所自1995年1月～1997年6月共实施药物流产2125例,其中需刮宫者91例。本文着重就药物流产后阴道多量出血致刮宫的治疗体会总结如下。
