我国电力行业的发展和进步既离不开对新技术的引进、开发与应用,也离不开对行业已有宝贵经验的发扬和继承,而企业离退休人员有着较长的工作经历,积累了大量实践工作经验,在行业技术与经验传承中扮演着重要角色。然而,目前我国的电力行业离退休人员管理还存在不少问题,在一定程度上阻碍了我国电力行业的发展。本文从明确离退休管理的重要性出发,介绍了目前我国电力企业离退休管理中存在的问题,并于文末给出了相应对策建议。
The development and progress of China’s power industry can not be separated from the introduction, development and application of new technologies. They can not be separated from the development and inheritance of valuable experience in the industry. However, retired workers have long working experience and accumulated A large number of practical work experience, in the industry technology and experience plays an important role in heritage. However, there are still many problems in the management of retired personnel in the power industry in our country, which hinders the development of China’s power industry to a certain extent. Starting from the importance of exiting retirement management, this paper introduces the current problems in the retirement management of China’s power enterprises, and gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions at the end of the article.
