薛龙春教授在完成《张怀瓘书学著作考论》的博士论文后即转入明清书法篆刻史研究,十余年来,他已完成郑簠和王宠两项个案研究,而关于王铎的研究已发表论文逾30篇,编纂《王铎年谱长编》超百万字。他的研究既得传统文献收集、考订之长,又善于以艺术社会史的方法讨论问题,同时勤于学书,得到多位名师指授,以隶书和行草为能事。《元明书法谈丛》是他研学之余所写小品
After completing his Ph.D. thesis on the research of Zhang Huaiyong’s calligraphy, Professor Xue Longchun transferred to the study of the history of calligraphy and seal cutting in the Ming and Qing dynasties. For the past ten years, he has completed two case studies of Zheng Hao and Wang Chong, while the study on Wang Duo Has published more than 30 papers, compiling “Wang Duo Chronicle” super-million words. His research not only gained the collection of traditional documents, the length of examinations, but also was good at discussing the problems with the method of social history of art.
