通过单向拉伸试验获得了5种规格的LF2M铝合金管材及2种规格的1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢管材的基本力学性能参数,绘制了其真应力-真应变曲线。同时获得了各不同规格管材的塑性应变比,建立了管材在均匀塑性变形阶段时的本构方程,为两种管材的成形及模拟提供了实用的材料性能参数。
The basic mechanical properties of LF2M aluminum alloy pipe with 5 sizes and 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel with 2 sizes were obtained by uniaxial tensile test. The true stress-true strain curve was drawn. At the same time, the plastic strain ratio of the pipe with different specifications was obtained. The constitutive equation of the pipe during the uniform plastic deformation was established, which provided practical material performance parameters for the forming and simulation of the two pipe materials.
