Historically, the spread of religion in various countries has always been accompanied by large-scale cultural exchanges. As a result, many religious terms have completely integrated into the local ethnic languages and become Part of people’s everyday language. For example, Buddhism has been introduced into China for nearly two thousand years, and it has formed tens of thousands of religious documents, creating a large number of religious vocabulary, and greatly enriching the composition and connotation of Chinese. When we use words such as “world, truthfulness, reality, relationship, equality, moment, rule, commandment, relative, absolute, sharp, short-lived, and heart-to-heart” in our speeches, we often fail to realize that they come from the Buddha.
