以某血液制品车间为例,阐述了实现低温洁净空调系统的方法,从空气处理过程、所需冷热负荷、运行调试、自动控制、初投资等方面对该项目中应用的两种形式的空调系统进行了对比。详细记录了运行调试中发生的问题,并给出了设计中应该注意的问题。分析了两种形式空调系统的投资费用及运行效果,结果表明带转轮除湿机的空调系统初投资较大,但运行效果好。
Taking a blood product workshop as an example, the method of realizing low temperature and clean air conditioning system is expounded. Two kinds of air conditioners are applied in the project from aspects of air treatment process, required heat and cold load, operation and commissioning, automatic control and initial investment. The system is compared. Detailed records of the operation of debugging problems, and gives the design should pay attention to the problem. The investment costs and operating results of the two types of air conditioning systems are analyzed. The results show that the initial investment of air conditioning systems with rotary dehumidifiers is large, but the operation effect is good.
