报道了~(211)At标记抗胃癌单抗3H11的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用疏水性色谱柱和梯度洗脱程序,3H11紫外色谱峰的保留时间(t_R)为13.00min,与此相对应出现~(211)At-3H11的放射性色谱峰,并与其它放射性杂质峰有较好的分离。在0.35~3.5μg范围内,3H11色谱峰的峰面积与进样量呈线性关系。
A high performance liquid chromatographic method for the detection of ~ (211) At-labeled anti-gastric cancer monoclonal antibody 3H11 has been reported. Using hydrophobic column and gradient elution procedure, the retention time (t_R) of 3H11 UV peak was 13.00 min, which corresponded to the peak of ~ (211) At-3H11 and was consistent with other radioactive impurity peaks Better separation. In the range of 0.35 ~ 3.5μg, the peak area of 3H11 showed a linear relationship with the injection volume.
