新批评是西方现代形式主义文论中的重要派别之一。这一文论派别曾经主导西方文论界长达数十年之久,在英美等国家尤其盛行。而今,虽然这一理论流派的极盛期已经过去,但是新批评派的理论观点和批评方法仍然有巨大的影响。新时期,我国学术界出现了大量研究新批评派文学理论的成果。赵毅衡的《新批评——一种独特的形式主义文论》一书是这其中最富有代表性的研究成果。这篇论文的主要内容是对这本著作的内容和写作特点进行述评。 The new criticism is one of the major factions in the western modern formalistic literary theory. This literary faction once dominates Western literary circles for decades, especially in countries such as Britain and the United States. Nowadays, although the exuberant period of this theoretical school is over, the theoretical critics and critical methods of the new critics still have a huge impact. In the new era, a large number of academic circles in our country have come out with the results of studying the new criticism of literary theory. Zhao Yiheng’s “New Criticism - A Unique Formalistic Literary Theory” is one of the most representative of the research results.
