在NGO的人力资源管理领域,关于志愿者是否需要发放补贴以及员工是否可以放弃工资“返捐”回NGO,一直存在争议。本文意在通过两个问题引出大家对相关问题的思考,以便能有更好的思路促进公益组织的人力资源管理。
In the field of human resources management of NGOs, there has been controversy over whether volunteers need to pay subsidies and whether employees can give up wages and “return donations” back to NGOs. This article is intended to draw people’s thinking on relevant issues through two questions in order to have better ideas to promote the management of human resources in nonprofit organizations.
