根据锌挥发窑工艺特点和出口烟尘条件,确定该型余热锅炉设计需要解决的突出问题是积灰,其次是腐蚀和磨损;进而给出立式布置、全悬吊、四烟道、自然循环锅炉结构型式的选择成因,从低温防腐要求、蒸汽使用目的以及回收系统的技术经济性等方面全面论述了余热锅炉技术参数的确定方法;总结出锌挥发窑余热锅炉整体设计的功能性和结构性特点,并列出锅炉结构设计和热力计算中一些合理的选择参数,指出了设计过程中易于忽视的一些问题,推荐了一些重要构件的设计程序。还介绍了部分投运锌挥发窑余热锅炉的热力经济性。
