本文采用三阶导数光谱法,测定氢溴酸东莨菪碱及其制剂中麻Ⅱ号注射液中的含量。样品可以不加分离,直接进行测定。方法简便、快速准确。回收率为99.59%(n=8),CV=0.90%。
In this paper, the third derivative spectroscopic method was used to determine the content of scopolamine hydrobromide and its preparation in Ma II injection. Samples can be measured directly without separation. The method is simple, fast and accurate. The recovery rate was 99.59% (n=8) and CV=0.90%.
