杨亦鸣 (徐州师范大学副校长、教授 ) :在人类的发展史上 ,哲学社会科学与自然科学一样 ,对推动人类的文明进程有着巨大的作用。前不久 ,中共中央对进一步繁荣发展哲学社会科学作出了重要的规划 ,这为我国哲学社会科学的繁荣发展提供了极好的机遇。高校是我国哲学社会科学事业的一支重要力量 ,在繁荣发展哲学社会科学方面有着许多的优势 ,也势必承担重要的使命与任务。现就如何贯彻落实中央《意见》的精神 ,抓住机遇 ,发挥优势 ,进一步促进哲学社会科学的繁荣与发展组织下列笔谈 ,以期推动对这一问题进行深入的思考 Yang Yiming (Vice President and Professor of Xuzhou Normal University): In the history of human development, philosophy and social sciences, like natural sciences, have a tremendous role in promoting the process of human civilization.
