观察了男性青年21d头低位6°卧床过程中以及卧床前、后75°头高位倾斜(HUT)时心率变异(HRV)与动脉收缩压变异(SBPV)谱变化。卧床期间,完成者HRV和SBPV谱的低、高频谱峰功率(LF和HF)均显著减小,HRV谱低、高频谱峰功率比值(LF∶HFHRV)在卧床第16d有增大趋势;未完成者的相应谱指标有类似变化趋向。在卧床后HUT初始6min,所有被试者心率显著快于卧床前HUT时相应值,而LF∶HFHRV和SBPV谱的LF与卧床前HUT时相应值比较无显著变化。未完成者在卧床后HUT时,未能出现舒张压与平均动脉压升高反应;而其在卧床前HUT时,以及完成者在卧床前、后HUT时,均出现舒张压与平均动脉压升高反应。结果说明,较长时间卧床后心脏迷走神经与外周血管交感神经的活动水平降低,心脏交感神经活动水平相对增高;但卧床后HUT时心血管自主神经调节反应仍基本存在。未完成者卧床后HUT时血压升高反应消失的机理,可能还与卧床后外周血管的收缩反应性降低有关。
The change of heart rate variability (HRV) and arterial systolic pressure (SBPV) were observed in 6-year-old man with low bedridden position and at 75 ° bedridden position (HUT). During bed rest, both low and high peak power (LF and HF) of HRV and SBPV spectrum were significantly decreased, while HRV spectrum and high spectrum peak power ratio (LF: HFHRV) tended to increase on the 16th day in bed. The corresponding spectrum indicators of the finisher have similar trend. In the first 6 minutes of HUT after bed rest, the heart rate of all subjects was significantly faster than that of HUT before bed rest, while the LF of LF: HFHRV and SBPV had no significant changes compared with the corresponding values of HUT during bed rest. Unfinished patients did not appear in the HUT after bed rest diastolic pressure and the average arterial pressure response; and its in the bedtime HUT, and the completion of those in the bed before and after HUT, diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure rise High reaction. The results showed that after a long time bed ambulation of the vagus nerve and peripheral vascular sympathetic activity levels, cardiac sympathetic activity levels were relatively increased; but after bedridden HUT cardiovascular autonomic nervous regulatory response is still present. Unfinished HUT Hypertensive response to high blood pressure disappears after the mechanism may also be related to the reduction of post-bed peripheral vascular contractile response.
