Zhoukou District, Henan Province Transportation Bureau recently held a civilized road in Xiangcheng County on-site meeting to determine Beijing-Guangzhou Highway Xiangcheng section of “civilized road.” He called for the leaders of all levels of the communications front and the general staff to learn from the experience of Xiangcheng and speed up the pace of opening up a new phase of traffic work. Beijing-Guangzhou Highway is an important national road linking north and south of our country. It is built on the canal dike excavated in 1958 through the 47km section of Xiangcheng. In recent years, with the development of the national economy, vehicles passed this section of road on the 3rd
