目的探讨舒适护理在急性阑尾炎合并糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法从我院收治的急性阑尾炎合并糖尿病患者中抽选92例作为临床研究对象。随机分组:对照组46例,采用常规护理;观察组46例,采用舒适护理。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组术后并发症发生率更低,护理满意度更高,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在急性阑尾炎合并糖尿病患者中的应用能够降低术后并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effect of comfort nursing in patients with acute appendicitis and diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 92 patients with acute appendicitis complicated with diabetes mellitus admitted from our hospital were selected as clinical research objects. Randomly divided: control group of 46 patients, using routine care; observation group of 46 patients, the use of comfortable care. The nursing effects of two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower and the degree of nursing satisfaction was higher (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of comfortable nursing in patients with acute appendicitis and diabetes mellitus can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worth promoting.
