在经济水平快速发展的今天,我们不仅需要的是知识性人才,更需要的是全能型人才。会计作为一门集理论知识与应用技能为一体的综合性学科,不仅要求会计人员具有扎实的专业知识,更需要他们有较强的综合实践操作能力。但现实是当前的会计专业毕业生不能与相关的会计岗位进行完美对接,毕业生的就业率大大降低。本文根据目前的会计实训出现的各种问题提出了自己的相关见解,详细分析并列出在当前的经济形势下如何更有效发挥会计实训的使用价值的相关措施。
In today’s rapid economic development, not only do we need knowledgeable personnel, but also all-powerful talents. Accounting as a set of theoretical knowledge and application skills as one of the comprehensive disciplines, not only requires accounting personnel with solid professional knowledge, but also need them to have a stronger comprehensive practical ability. However, the reality is that the current accounting graduates can not make the perfect connection with relevant accounting positions, and the employment rate of graduates is greatly reduced. Based on the current problems in accounting training, this article puts forward my own relevant opinions, analyzes and lists in detail how to exert the practical value of accounting training more effectively in the current economic situation.
