为深入推动劳动争议调解工作有效开展,进一步发挥工会组织在预防和化解劳资纠纷、促进劳动关系和谐、维护社会稳定方面的积极作用,近期,镇江市总工会法律工作部对7个辖市区工会102家非公企业的劳动争议调解工作情况,进行了专题调研,形成如下判断与分析——劳动争议调解·成效镇江市各级工会组织积极发挥工会桥梁纽带作用,围绕服务和助推供给侧结构性改革,通过健全调解组织网络,完善调解机制,落实调解制度,构建调防平台,引导职工理性表达利益诉求,努力化解劳资矛盾,促进劳动关系和谐发展。
