以丽江师专旅游管理管理专业选课学生为调查对象,从课程满意度、职业规划需求、课程学习效果、存在问题等四个方面进行调查。结果表明:学生对职业规划与就业指导课程总体满意度高,学生对职业规划认知的需求大,并指出了职业规划与就业指导课程教学存在的问题。提出应构建科学、合理、凸显专业特色的课程体系,高效整合各类教学资源,进一步优化职业规划教育的教学效果。
Taking Lijiang Teachers College tourism management management course selected students as the investigation object, this paper conducts an investigation from four aspects: course satisfaction, career planning needs, curriculum learning effects and existing problems. The result shows that the students are generally satisfied with the career planning and employment guidance courses and the students are in great need of cognition of career planning. The problems existing in the teaching of career planning and employment guidance courses are also pointed out. It is proposed that a curriculum system that is scientific, reasonable and highlights professional characteristics should be constructed, all kinds of teaching resources should be efficiently integrated, and the teaching effect of career planning education should be further optimized.
