目的:探讨螺旋CT三维容积重建(volume renering,简称 VR)的实用方法和技巧,扩大其临床应用范围。方 法:VR三维重建100例包括:①血管组49例,②骨关节组30例,③其它部位组21例。扫描层厚为1mm、2mm、3mm、5mm,重 建间隙0.9mm、1.4mm、2.3mm,螺距1~2,重建方式为容积重建。结果:全部病例三维立体显示良好,图像柔和自然,病变 整体形态及周围结构的关系明确,并可从不同的位置及角度行立体定位观察。应用范围涉及多个系统或器官。结论:高 质量的容积重建三维图像依赖于技术参数的合理选择和匹配,以及操作者的技巧及熟练程度。同时容积重建具有广泛的 应用范围。
Objective: To explore practical methods and techniques of three-dimensional volume renerning (CT) of spiral CT and to expand its clinical application scope. Methods: Three-dimensional VR reconstruction of 100 cases include: ① vascular group of 49 cases, ② bone and joint group of 30 cases, ③ other parts of the group of 21 cases. Scanning layer thickness of 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, reconstruction gap 0.9mm, 1.4mm, 2.3mm, pitch 1 ~ 2, the reconstruction method for volume reconstruction. Results: The three-dimensional images of all the cases showed good, soft and natural images, the overall shape of the lesions and the relationship between the surrounding structure is clear, and from different positions and angles of stereotactic stereotactic observation. Applications involve multiple systems or organs. Conclusion: High-quality volumetric reconstructions of 3D images rely on reasonable selection and matching of technical parameters, as well as operator skill and proficiency. Volume reconstruction at the same time has a wide range of applications.
