对于解决中国人的养老问题,目前有专家称,要么是生二娃,要么是晚退休(延退),而延迟退休的可能性最大,因为我国退休年龄低于其他国家。然而笔者认为,中国人的养老如果仅靠生二娃,就是回到了千百年来中国人养儿防老的生存之道,并非不可以,但若在社会财富积累了更多的今天仍然实施这样的机制,是在为中国的制度抹黑,让改革开放以来中国取的成就,尤其是经济成就蒙羞。同样,如果延退,也与一个国家日益增长的实力不相符。
