采用紫外线照射自血回输疗法治疗突发性耳聋,取得了优于对照组(常用治疗方法组)的疗效。疗程结束后试验组患者血中维生素E明显升高,血清脂质超氧化物降低,血清超氧化物歧化酶总量降低、主要是含铜与含锌过氧化物歧化酶降低。
The use of ultraviolet irradiation from the blood transfusion therapy for sudden deafness, made better than the control group (commonly used treatment group) curative effect. After the course of treatment, the blood levels of vitamin E in the test group were significantly increased, serum lipid superoxide decreased, serum total superoxide dismutase decreased, mainly copper and zinc-containing superoxide dismutase decreased.
