白骨壤果作为民间食物原料具有丰富的营养成分和珍贵的药用价值。该文用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白骨壤果精油,经气相色谱-质谱联用分析,对相对质量分数大于0.2%的35个峰进行了鉴定,共鉴定出30种化合物,占总油量的90.24%。精油主要成分为棕榈酸甲酯,占总油量的41.91%,其余分别为对乙烯基苯甲酸甲酯(9.68%)、(9Z,15Z)-9,15-十八碳二烯酸甲酯(8.28%)、2,6-二氟苯甲酸-3,5-二氟苯酯(6.74%)、硬脂酸甲酯(3.97%)、油酸甲酯(3.17%)、正己醛(2.31%)、9-氧代壬酸甲酯(2.21%)、植酮(1.49%)、植醇(1.40%)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(1.20%)、二十烷(0.92%)。该文报告工作的新颖性已为广东省科学技术情报研究所于2008年11月10日出具的第20081915号《科技查新报告》所证实。
As a folk food raw material, Bitter Biloba is rich in nutrients and precious medicinal value. In this paper, the essential oil of B. fragilis was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. 35 peaks with a relative mass fraction of more than 0.2% were identified and 30 compounds were identified, accounting for 90.24% of the total oil content. . The main component of essential oil is methyl palmitate, which is 41.91% of the total oil. The rest are methyl p-vinylbenzoate (9.68%), (9Z,15Z)-9,15-octadecadienoic acid methyl ester, respectively. (8.28%), 2,6-difluorobenzoic acid-3,5-difluorophenyl ester (6.74%), methyl stearate (3.97%), methyl oleate (3.17%), n-hexanal (2.31) %), methyl 9-oxononanoate (2.21%), phytosterone (1.49%), phytol (1.40%), diethyl phthalate (1.20%), eicosane (0.92%). The novelty of the report has been confirmed by the “Science and Technology Update Report No. 20081915” issued by the Guangdong Institute of Scientific and Technical Information on November 10, 2008.
